Q: Is the community suitable for beginners?

A: Yes! We offer content suitable for beginner jazz piano students through to intermediate players, with structured lessons, step-by-step practice routines, and supportive feedback to help everyone progress.


Q: What if I have a busy schedule?

A:Our lessons and other resources are flexible and accessible at any time, so you can practice whenever it fits your schedule. Live sessions are also recorded, so you won’t miss anything. 


Q: Are one-on-one lessons/consultations offered?

A: Yes, one-on-one lessons are offered at a reduced separate cost, and will need to be scheduled ahead of time. 


Q: What topics do the lessons cover?

A: Our lessons cover a range of jazz essentials, including scales, chord voicings, improvisation, jazz standards, and transcription. We also explore jazz theory, musicianship, and improvisational techniques for a well-rounded experience.

 

Q: Do I need to create a Skool account to have access to the community?

A: Yes you do need to create an account with Skool in order to join the community. It is also recommended that you download the Skool app on your phone to stay up to date with updates in the community.


Q: Are there opportunities for personalized feedback?

A: Absolutely! We offer weekly Q&A sessions, and you’re encouraged to share recordings for constructive feedback from both the instructor and community members.

 

Q: How often are new lessons or resources added?

A: New content is added weekly, including fresh lessons, challenges, and insights, so there’s always something new to keep you inspired.


Q:What happens if I miss a live session?

A: All live sessions are recorded and saved in the community portal, so you can rewatch them whenever it’s convenient for you.

 

Q: Can I cancel my membership at any time?

A:Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime directly from your account.
